Returns & Refunds Policy
Art-Casso accepts returns of defective or unused merchandise provided the merchandise has not been used and is in its original packaging or box, and is returned within 45 days of purchase. Art-Casso CANNOT accept returns for merchandise purchased at wholesale or discount price.
Art-Casso will gladly replace the merchandise or refund the customer’s credit card so long as the original packing slip or order confirmation print-out is included with the returned merchandise. In the case that the original packing slip or order confirmation print-out is not included with the returned merchandise, Art-Casso, at its discretion, will either replace the merchandise or refund the customer's purchasing credit card. Prior to returning the merchandise, please contact us through our online form, or email us at help@artcasso.com, to alert us of your desire to return the merchandise. Please include your order number, name, and email address you used at checkout.

Art-Casso does not reimburse for postage to return merchandise, except in the case of defective merchandise or merchandise damaged in the shipping process. We will handle all situations on a case-by-case basis.
